1. Go to Crypto.com and click [Sign up].2. Sign up with your [Email address].
Then, create a secure password for your account.
Note:
- Your password must contain at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one number and one special letter.
3. You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your email or phone. Enter the code within 30 minutes and click [Verify].
4. Provide your ID, and you are all set.

- To protect your account, we highly recommend enabling at least 1 two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Please note that you must complete identity verification before using P2P trading.
How to Open an Account on Crypto.com App
1. You need to install the Crypto.com application to create an account for trading on the Google Play Store or App Store.
Wait for the installation process to finish.
2. Open the Crypto.com app and tap the [Create New Account] button.
3. Register with your email.
Check the box for "I’d like to receive exclusive offers and updates from Crypto.com", then tap [Create New Account].
4. Check your email for a verification link by tapping [Open Mail] to continue.
If you haven’t seen it yet, tap [Resend] for another link.
5. Enter your phone number, then tap [Continue].
6. Verify your mobile number by entering the [6-digit code] that was sent to your phone to continue.
7. Set up a passcode to unlock and confirm the transaction.
8. Verify your identity by tapping [Agree and continue].
9. Congratulations! You have successfully created a Crypto.com account on your phone.

Why Can’t I Receive Emails from Crypto.com?
If you are not receiving emails sent from Crypto.com, please follow the instructions below to check your email’s settings:1. Are you logged in to the email address registered to your Crypto.com account? Sometimes you might be logged out of your email on your devices and hence can’t see Crypto.com emails. Please log in and refresh.

4. Is your inbox packed with emails? You won’t be able to send or receive emails if you have reached the limit. To make room for new emails, you can remove some of the older ones.
5. Register using common email addresses like Gmail, Outlook, etc., if at all possible.
